USB Photo allows you to quickly transfer photos or videos from your camera library to your desktop using iTunes File transfer.
Its the fastest way to transfer photos!
*note* - This app does not sync your entire library. It is not meant to replace iTunes syncing. It is simply for selecting a few photos or videos to transfer to your desktop. To retrieve files you must look in your Apps tab in iTunes, and select this app, then you can save your selected photos or videos.

Works as advertised! While you do need to select what you want transferred (would be nice to have a "select all" option) it is simple and reasonably easy to use.
Worked like a charm with my iPod Touch 5th gen. Just click the "?" in app if you need help.
Some bad moments
I can now transfer large videos over USB in seconds without syncing to itunes!
does not sync. comments left on website are promptly deleted. no troubleshooting support. no warning of potential lag or syncing delay on first use. no caching of initial progress toward syncing files. no warning if your library is over a certain size that it may take longer or require building an initial cache before initial sync. only positive note is this was free.
This app caused problems with my Itunes syncing. It also did not work. Be careful if you down load this one!!!
This app gets 5 stars from me. I like the ability to transfer many files at one time.
In your next update would you consider the ability to rename file/s before transferring to the computer. I find that when I want to transfer to same folder I have to rename each file. Which is very annoying at times. At this point I have too many different folders and when I have time I go back and rename each file to a new number to put in one File Folder. Because each time you transfer a file it is default to zero each time and it only gives you the option to replace the file.
Or maybe you can fix it where it remembers the last file name it transferred for example: if I transferred ten files 1-10 than the next time it would remember and start the transfer at file eleven example 11-20. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AND THIS APP WOULD BE TO ME 100% perfect.
I have an app that does this but only transfers a few files at a time where your app transfer many files at a time.
Also would be willing to pay for this ability.
Loaded it up. Followed instructions. Doesnt work. Simple as that. Using iPhone 4th gen.
Normally I use iPhoto to sync photos with my computer, but this app allowed me to import photos on my friends computer that did not have iPhoto. The process is easy and the instructions are simple to understand. The app is free too!
